Petitioner Coy Patriot hereby files his Affidavit in Support of his Motion to Recuse, deposes and states under oath:
1. Pless believes that Ross Anderson is personally prejudiced against him.
2. Judge Anderson inferred many times that Patriot was a “tax protestor” or involved with “tax protester groups” Judge Anderson is known to be hostile to those persons classified as tax protestors and also Robert Clarkson.
3. Everybody knows that Robert Clarkson is assisting me in my efforts to present this case as apro se litigant. However, I am not involved with him politically.
4. Congress passed a law allowing me to file my Petition to Quash. I am merely exercising my statutory right. The IRS summons forms stated very clearly that I had the right to petition the federal court under IRC 7609 to quash the summons.
