Dear Ms. Harris,

You sent me your Tax Lien Notice dated March 28, 2007 pertaining to tax year 1999. This letter is to notify you:

  1. I filed timely my protest to the proposed assessment.
  1. The taxes for this year are now in a case before the Administrative Law Court.
  1. You cannot issues liens or enforce collections until the courts have ruled.
  1. Your tax lien notice is illegal and a violation of my rights.

Please send me a letter canceling this tax lien and any other enforcement action plus your apology. Your illegal tax lien upset me a great deal, caused mental anguish and distress. I also had to hire secretarial assistance to handle this matter. Please reimburse me for my cost of $500.

Where did you get this information from? Why do you say the liens were filed against me for failure to file? Did Mr. Ronald Urban , Chief Council of DOR send you these figures and information?

Yours,

Michael Huskey
