PLAINTIFFS' MOTION FOR LEAVE TO AMEND COMPLAINT 

Plaintiff’s attorney made an error in submitting a reply to the government’s 
answer without first seeking this court’s permission. 
Plaintiff hereby moves this Court for leave to consider the filed reply as 
Amended Complaint pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 15 and/or as a 
“Reply to Answer” pursuant to FRCP 7 – depending on what the court deems 
appropriate.
Plaintiff respectfully requests that this Court grant it leave because it 
will better clarify Plaintiff’s position.
