Previous Specialty Seminars and Events

Tax Court and Civil Procedure Seminar: Classes on How to Handle Your Case and on Civil Procedure which is how you will conduct any court action. We will explain what you can do and what you need to do. This day-long seminar will explain how easy it is for the students to win if you stand up for yourself and follow the rules. We teach you what to say and how to assert your rights.This administrative tribunal has simple procedures which victims can easily learn. The routine is elementary and anybody can learn what to do in a few hours.

Law Library Workshop: Classes on How to use a law library, how to write a legal brief, legal methods-how the courts work, how to represent and defend yourself, civil procedure, et al. Plus one day trip to law library. Speakers include Dr Robt Clarkson, Nelson Waller, Bro Larry, etc. Cost: $100 per day, includes materials, meals, and instruction. Family, returnees price.

Property Righs Seminar: Subjects include: IRS collections procedure and your rights to a CDP Hearing; how to beat an audit and stop liens and levies; removing liens and levies; Judgment Proofing- how to protect your properties from tax thieves and creditors; easy methods to remove Social Security garnishments [TOP]; setting up our employers to secure our earnings.

Due Process of Law Seminar: Dr. Robert Clarkson, the south's most famous IRS fighter will speak on "Constitutional Rights of American Citizens, "How The Bill of Rights Protects Honest Citizens" and the "Meaning of Liberty." Clarkson will show citizens how their rights have been eroded and how they can be regained.

Location: Strom Thurman Federal Building 1835 Assembly Street, downtown Columbia.
Cost: No charge, meals NOT included. Lunch will be Dutch treat at local eateries with-in walking distance of the courthouse.

* A valid government photo ID is required to enter the Strom Thurman Federal Building.
* You will need to bring cash for lunches and parking fees as well as comfortable walking shows.
* Courtroom attire is professional business attire—it is in your best interest to dress appropriately.
