__________________________)
COMES NOW Petitioner, pro se, Sheri Redeker-Barry, following an Order dated June 14, 2007 and signed by Douglas N. Frazier, United States Magistrate Judge states:
  1. Attached is a copy of the Summons and Exhibit A attached to the Petition to Quash filed two years ago. Since the Petition to Quash was filed, Petitioner has moved her residence. During said move, files and papers within those files may have been transferred from one file to another. In addition, to make matters more difficult, other summonses were issued last year and those summonses were kept in files in the same boxes. Petitioner does not remember if both the third and fourth pages, now attached to this filing, were part of Exhibit A two years ago, or if only one of those pages was a part of Exhibit A.

Since those particular pages are only copies of IRC information regarding summonses, Petitioner has included both pages for the Court to view. Original Respondent, Susan Stonier, who issued the Summons should have a copy of the original Summons and the attachments in her file at her office. She will be able to clarify which page, or if both pages, were a part of the Summons she issued two years ago. Petitioner will request a copy of the original summons and all the attachments during discovery.

  2. As the second part of this Compliance, Petitioner moves this Court to grant a minimum time of one month to file Interrogatories for Respondents and a Request to Provide Documents for Respondents.

Petitioner will be diligent and try to file the Interrogatories and Request for Documents as soon as possible.
