Appearing that Plaintiff has privacy, property and Constitutional rights in his financial records that are in possession of D&D Motors, Inc.;
Appearing that the Summons Form attached to the Complaint is not attested;
Appearing that subsection (C) SC Code §12-54-110 mandates that the summons form be attested;
It is therefore ordered:
That the Department of Revenue should show cause if cause therebe why it should not be enjoined from further possessing Plaintiff’s financial records
