__________________________________________|

Petitioners Dwayne Patriot and Kimberly Patriot move the Court to allow an extension of twenty days, postponing the deadline for satisfying the requirements of the initial filing from Thursday, January 18, 2007, until Thursday, February 15, 2007, which will become the deadline for the filing of the following documents:

Instead of getting relief from creditors through petitioning this Court, Petitioners have been doubly hounded by one particular creditor, the U.S. Internal Revenue Service, for both assets and paycheck. Petitioners take this opportunity to inform the Court of the IRS’ illegal activity and Petitioners ask the Court to provide what relief it can from the financial pressures caused by on-going collection.

In part due to the dunning and collection activity which has continued since petitioning this Court, Petitioners have had difficulty settling down to and completing the task of preparing the many documents that this Court needs for its process. But Petitioners look forward to completing them successfully in the next twenty days and getting them on file.

Motion for Extension - Page 2

Petitioners point out that a rescheduling of the creditors meeting until after the filing of all the initial papers may be desirable for the Court’s process.

Date: January 17, 2007
