Dear Phil Hatcher,

You sent me your letter dated August 20, 2008 copy attached.

I want to obey the law and do what is right. I want to cooperate with the IRS and show you my books and records. I do not owe any taxes and your figures are incorrect.

I want to meet with you, cooperate, substantiate my deductions and get into compliance. Please schedule a meeting for me and send me the time, date and place. Due to my health problems, give me at least 30 days to prepare.

Clearly explain to me what you need me to do. Explain clearly the dispute. I am not a lawyer and do not understand. I do not have enough money to pay my bills and cannot afford expensive professional consultation.

Send me all the forms you want me to fill out with the instructions so I can do it correctly.
