Dear Sirs,

You sent me your Notice of Tax Lien for tax year 2001, dated May 04, 2007 and your Collection Fee Notice for 2000, and 2002, dated May 08, 2007, copies enclosed. I have responded to your previous notices please correct your records.

I received an assessment form C-133 from you for tax years 2000 and 2002 dated December 13, 2006. I responded with a letter dated January 16, 2007 denying these assessments and requesting administrative hearings and the forms necessary for this procedure to which you did not respond.

I have never received a copy of a proposed assessment or assessment for tax year 2001. Please provide proof that you sent it.

I hereby protest, deny and appeal the assessments and the proposed assessments.

Since you did not send me the copies of forms as required by law, your other letters, notices and threats are illegal and in violation of SC law.

I brought this to the earlier attention of your Chief Council, Ronald Urban.
