Dear Ms. Lord,

I sent you my Request for Production of Documents dated June 15, 2009. I had asked that you respond in 30 days and you have not yet responded.

I am enclosing a second copy of Petitioner’s Request for POD and ask that you respond by August 10, 2009. I am not a skilled attorney and I will need an extended allotment of time before our trial date of September 30 to review your materials for accuracy. If you do not respond by August 10, 2009, I will move the court for an Extension of Time as well as file a Motion to Compel.

Thank you for addressing this matter promptly.

There are no IRS determinations against me for the years in question. Certainly if I owed any money, the IRS would have notified me of such. You have no basis for a judgment against me. If you wish to settle this case out of court, please contact me.
