Plaintiff hereby moves this Court for leave to file a reply to Defendant’s Answer to Amended Complaint of August 4, 2008 pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 7.

Plaintiff’s counsel has not conferred with Defendant’s counsel on this issue.
