1. Dr. Tom wins again!

by ePC staff

Florida Patriot stalwart Dr. Tom beat the IRS on a pocket Summons. This self-represented petitioner is a member of the Patriot Advisory Service and received assistance from the Patriot Network on his way to victory.

Years ago, an evil tax collector issued a pocket summons to harass and intimidate the brave and courageous Constitutionalist. Unfortunately, the agent failed to schedule the summons conference 21 days in advance. Dr. Tom did not have enough time to gather his books and records on such short notice. He notified the agent that not enough time was allowed, and did not appear.

Generally Dr. Clarkson advises everyone to comply with all summonses pursuant to federal law. Appearance and a pleading of the 5th constitute compliance. He was unable to exercise his 5th Amendment rights, but only because he did not reach that stage.

The bloodsucking agent then tricked an unsuspecting federal magistrate into issuing an order of compliance against Dr. Tom. Unfortunately the order listed the date and time but not the location and the person to surrender his privacy to. Dr. Tom did the best he could and appeared at the time and place and delivered his personal records to the proper recipient. However, our friend had to pick his own place. Therefore he turned the records over to his son in his living room at the time and date listed on the order.

Also, this brave pro se litigant moved to have the magistrate’s order revoked because magistrate judges do not have the authority to order anyone to do anything without prior agreement. In the federal system, only judges can issue orders. A judge is defined as appointed for good behavior with no diminishment of salary. The magistrate judge is only appointed for 10 years and is only under the thumb of politicians. A lifetime appointment removes the decision maker from political influence — or any influence, for that matter. Federal judges think they are God, but what’s the alternative?

The judge agreed that the magistrate had exceeded the bounds of his authority. Then the judge ordered our brave Patriot friend to appear before an IRS agent.

Our friend appeared at the correct time and place but his tape recorder was not allowed through security. This brave freedom fighter documented this outrage with letters, statements and witnesses. Then he notified the US Attorney that he was unable to appear because the tax collector violated his rights.

Dr. Tom had written a stack of letters to the authorities stating that he would have a tape recorder, and the tax collectors are required to pass it through security. Tom also furnished the authorities with the law, the tax regulations and the court decisions delineating that he had a right to a tape recorder.

On August 11, 2008, the Assistant US Attorney for the Middle District of Florida capitulated and ordered the revenue agent to comply with the law and to respect a pro se litigant’s rights.

More information and copies of pleadings may be viewed on the PN website: www.patriotnetwork.info under the Pocket Summons section.

In our last issue we were hearing the confession of our PN secreatary of how she came out of feminism. We complete that article here with the advice she gives to men and women in the Patriot movement.

2. Confessions of a former feminist (II)

by PN Secretary

When my company was filing bankruptcy and I was laid off, I had a fear of not knowing how we would manage or how I would make it through this tribulation. I'd been working full-time in women's apparel since I was 25, but now I suddenly didn't want to work in this feminist world! Also having become privy to true patriotism along the way, I didn't want to work in the public arena at all. I wanted to work independently, not only for privacy issues, but so that I could spend more time with my husband. Once again the Lord provided for my need just as the esteemed Great One needed a new secretary.

I am honored to be a part of The Patriot Network where my knowledge and skills are appreciated. I'm thankful to be a woman and to be treated like a conservative Christian lady. I'm also thankful to be able to spend time with my husband and to take care of household chores and issues so that he can focus on bringing home the bacon. My husband and I work better as a team now. We share more love and encouragement with each other presently, then we did as newlyweds. I feel like the Lord has renewed our marriage and I am happier now than I've ever been.

My advice to other women who are stuck in the rut of wanting too much or expecting too much from their husband is this:

Appreciate him more and show this appreciation by doing things for him.
(Men: this goes for you too.)

Take an interest in his work. I know more about cars than I ever thought I would! (But don't ask me to change the oil!)

Cook for him. If he loves you, he will suffer through your experimental cooking stage until you figure out what it is he likes and doesn't like.
(Men: It never hurts to take over the cooking on a weekend.)

Do his laundry. He works hard 40-50 hours a week and you want him to do his own laundry?? C'mon ladies — this isn't brain surgery!
(Men: Refrain from doing her laundry — Rayon must be hand washed!)

Keep the house clean. My husband gave me the privlege of choosing the style home I wanted. I got to choose the architecture and the layout — but a man's home is his castle. He puts up with the secular world and the non-patriot work world, he wants to come home to a clean house and relax.
(Men: Help out a little and pick up after yourself. Dirty clothes go in the hamper — not on the floor.)

If you have children, teach the children to revere their father. He shouldn't have to tell them "no" more than once on an issue. He should be able to enjoy teaching them the things he's good at and having some fun.

Be responsible with the finances. He works hard and the dollar is depreciating daily. Don't make his job harder by making him work longer to pay for your wants and whims. Only buy what you NEED — not what you WANT. Be "a little bit thrifty" as someone would say.  If you WANT something, you'll have to save for it. Saving money is easier than you think, too. One of my favorite ways to save is by collecting the loose change at the end of the day. It adds up! Are you a shop-a-holic? Don't even go to mall, and throw away the catalogues when they come in the mail — don't even look at them!

If it becomes financially necessary for you to work outside the home, try a job FROM home. There are plenty of multi-level-marketing opportunities. They take work, but you can work it around your own schedule. Some secretarial jobs can now be done from home. The internet has opened up a myriad of possibilities.
(Men: Be supportive of her working from home. Don't be threatened by it, but appreciate that she knows the need for the extra money.)

Another important issue in being a good wife is to turn OFF the TV. Oh my goodness! I can't say that enough. I used to be the soap opera queen! Even while working, I would tape my soaps on VHS and watch them on my day off! Soap Operas and talk shows and the like are nothing more than a tribute to worldliness and feminism. Look how many men Reva has slept with! Every man in the entire town! Is this type of show a tribute to the man who loves you and cares for you and is working his tail off to provide a future for you and a family? Does this type of show glorify God's Word? Absolutely not! TURN OFF THE TV!!
(Men: Take her to a family movie once in a while. There are some Christian family movies that are very enjoyable.)

The most important issue is TRUST! Can you trust your husband and can he trust you? I'm not just talking about bedroom relations either. Although (dare I say it in mixed company?) sex is an important issue in a marriage (and we'll talk about that too), it's not everything. Can he trust you to handle the checkbook responsibly. Can he trust you to pay the bills on time so the electricity doesn't get shut off. Can he trust you to raise your children in a responsible Christian fashion? And for patriots, can he trust you to support him in his patriotic activities that will provide for the future of your household as well as the country. Let him go to the meetings. Even better is to accompany him and bring the kids for lunch or dinner (You can afford it if you save the loose change). Show him you appreciate what he's doing in this regard. Nothing we do is illegal, but it certainly isn't popular either. He's watching out for you and the family and he's not going to let anything happen to you.

I heard that scoff! Look, sometimes things happen. You get letters from the IRS, or the FBI raids your home. He can't foresee everything — give him a break. Never make him feel like these incidents are his fault. He is doing his best and sometimes agencies enter your life. If he ever thought there was imminent danger he'd tell you to go visit with your mother or sister and to take the kids. It's natural to have this fear, so discuss it with him. Don't keep that fear bottled in so that it explodes, but don't be narcissistic either. Communicate about these things. Communication is vital in any relationship, not just marriage.
(Men: It's great that you want to be a patriot — but don't let it over-run your marriage. Your marriage should be your first commitment after God. To avoid conflicts in this area, don't marry a woman who won't understand what Patriotism is all about.)

Take pride in your personal appearance. There is nothing wrong with taking pride in your personal appearance, but don't apply five coats of paint to a barn that only needs one (i.e. don't overdo it). If you've gained a few pounds do your best to dress around it while you work to take it off. I know it's hard to get those pounds off, so at least have the decency to wear clothes that will flatter your figure and get rid of the skin tight jeans and knit pants.
(Men: there is nothing wrong with a tasteful "you look nice today" or similar comment to a woman who is not your wife, but be sure to compliment your wife frequently.)

Take time to be with God. It's okay to ask your husband to watch the kids for 30 minutes while you spend personal time in devotions. Or do it before the kids get up or after they go to bed. It's good to have family devotions, but be sure to take personal time to be with God as well. He's waiting to hear from you.

One last thing I feel I must address: that three letter "S" word. This is an act that should be shared by a married couple. (The biblical definition of marriage is the union of one man and one woman). This act is a renewal of your covenantal marriage vow before God. It's a sign of your love and dedication to each other. This is to be held in high esteem and in privacy. It should not be discussed with your girlfriends (and guys you should keep it to yourself as well!) It is not just a pleasure sport to be indulged in lightly by non-married couples. When you participate in this marital act, revere each other. Show respect for yourself, ladies, by getting rid of the sleazy lingerie. If he wanted a whore, he could get any one of them down the street. He wants to make love to the most beautiful woman in the world; a woman who is beautiful on the inside as well as on the outside.

Some books I recommend on being a Christian woman and on marriage: Laws and Principles of Marriage, by Charles A. Weisman; Deepening Love for Marital Happiness, by John C. Schneidervin; Becoming a Titus 2 Woman, and The Excellent Wife, both by Martha Peace; Reforming Marriage, by Douglas Wilson

Highway Fund Shortfall May Halt Road Projects

http://www.nytimes.com/2008/09/06/us/06highway.html?th&emc=th

An important account in the federal Highway Trust Fund will run out of money this month, which could hamper road and bridge projects, the transportation secretary said.

"The fund is financed by federal excise taxes on motor fuel, 18.4 cents a gallon on gasoline and 24.4 cents a gallon on diesel. But the fund’s highway account is being rapidly depleted because for months Americans have been reacting to the high price of gasoline by driving less, Ms. Peters said. In May, for instance, vehicle-miles were down 3.7 percent from a year earlier......"

Dr. John Cobin writes re the PN Secretary' s article last month:

Good article.

I think being involved with feminism is just as bad as those dreaded sins like porn or drunkenness. It is very destructive and I am so glad that you are delivered from it! Great testimony.

5. Open Letter to the arch-ghouls

bush burns const

Dear IRS putz:

Your organization chart places you under the Dept of the Treasury whose ultimate boss resides in the White House.

Bush reminds all that the tax code is a "drag", a "complicated mess", a "saddle" and a "headache". Certainly such an economic "saddle", "drag" and "headache" interferes with commerce, and, personally is not pursuit of happiness. I quote:

"Another drag on our economy is the current tax code, which is a complicated mess, filled with special-interest loopholes, saddling our people with more than 6 billion hours of paperwork and headache every year.”"

Your letters are nothing more than "intimidation" tactics of "threat". Your Notices of Liens and Levy —existing so far and wide as to not be denied— say nothing of the person in a sentence of whole language construction and appear as economic blackmail to employers, banks and county recorders. Why must we live with these threats of tyranny? Dick Cheney — your second in command boss — reminds you in reminding Georgia:

"We believe in the right of men and women to live without threat of tyranny, economic blackmail and military invasion or intimidation."

Collectively the IRS/DOJ and District Court — with an unprecedented 90% tax conviction rate — form a cunning one-two punch terrorist organization of cruelty. After all, who can deny the number of political prisoners held by such contemptuous courts for merely questioning whether "legal duty" exists in free societies? Who could deny that the sanctions levied for issues raised cunningly deprive the defendant of opportunity to be heard while separating him from counsel? This is terror — make no doubt. Bush reminds us what all such terrorists fear—freedom is on the march and cannot be denied forever:

"The terrorists are fighting freedom with all their cunning and cruelty because freedom is their greatest fear. And they should be afraid, because freedom is on the march. Young men will hear the message that national progress and dignity are found in liberty, not tyranny and terror. Reformers and political prisoners and exiles will hear the message that their dream of freedom cannot be denied forever."

I ask all to join in expanding liberty and freedom for the sake of dignity as I have done — Bush does too:

"The story of America is the story of expanding liberty, an ever-widening circle, constantly growing to reach further and include more."

But why not start here at home? Bush wants you to encourage same so why are you discouraging me? Don't you desire hope?

"By encouraging liberty at home, we will build a more hopeful America ."

My efforts advance freedom and encourage liberty! It is my calling to stand for freedom! Won't you join the ever-widening circle of expanding liberty? To advance your freedom, I will now share an educational piece on all the Constitutional Presidents so that you can understand where things went wrong. It really is transformational!

"I believe in the transformational power of liberty. The wisest use of American strength is to advance freedom. Like generations before us, we have a calling from beyond the stars to stand for freedom. This is the everlasting dream of America."

From Bush's speech:

http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/articles/A57466-2004Sep2.html

ePC editor comments: The above meditation sums up a great deal of the situation America is currently facing. Yes — IRS liens and levies (for instance) APPEAR as economic blackmail to employers, but it's an appearance which employers can in most or all cases safely ignore. The good news is the bad news is beatable if you get with the Patriot Network program!

It's about time somebody highlighted the stunning, brazen hypocrisy with which governments and their "instrumentalities" (like the IRS) operate. Did you ever notice that the fedgov's rationale for fomenting war everywhere in the world at once is pure bluster and the EXACT opposite of it's true, obvious agenda? For wherever in the world the fedgov spreads liberty, liberty implodes.

Where have we heard this before? Oh — right here in the USA, where we're constantly told we must give up our freedoms to save our freedoms. "W" spewed similar 180-degree mendacity on the campaign trail eight years ago. A brilliant, really IMMORTAL satire shows this phenomenon is not your editor's wild, cynical imagination! PLEASE WATCH — AND SHARE:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=adc3MSS5Ydc

I'm idly reading up on various countries with an equally idle dream of escaping this one. Belize has many pluses, but guess what — it got its first income tax a few years back because THIS country urged (or ordered?) it to! Let me get this straight: Mr. No-New-Taxes Junior is going to free me from the whammies his daddy helped so enthusiastically to inflict? What do they think we are, stupid?

Nowadays when "American" politicians tell you they're fighting terror, it's a sure sign they've gone terrorist themselves. When they prate of saving and spreading freedom, better stick out your hand for a microchip implant — or to point the finger at them publicly for their crimes against everything decent.

Politicians — even presidents — are very evil. But the truth will mow them down bloodlessly, and quicker than anyone might think, if only people like you will spread it far and wide enough.
