Call Forwarding |
To use the call forwarding feature, you must log into your control panel at https://nexboom.nuvio.com/html/ . Under the Applications tab , select Call Treatments from the left menu. In the middle of your screen, under step 2 select to dial to an external number. In the 2 nd box enter the phone number you wish to have your calls forwarded to. |
Call Hold, To place a call on hold:

Voice Mail |
From home, From any other phone, Follow instructions. Default password is 1234 until you change it. You can also access your messages online at https://nexboom.nuvio.com/html/ click on the Applications tab at top then on Mailbox tab on left. |
SPEED CALLING (SPEED DIAL) |
This option is only available if you have a memory phone. Nexboom no longer offers this service. Check your user manual/directions that came with your telephone. You can use this sheet to list your programmed speed dial numbers

These * commands are no longer supported by Nexboom software, but your physical phone may be previously programmed from the manufacturer to accommodate you. Check your user manual/instruction manual that came with your phone.
Call Block, To block a single number:

Repeat Dial |
*66, The Busy Signal Fix. :-) Dial *66 then hang up. Phone will ring with special ring when calling # is no longer busy. |
Call Return |
*69, Gets Back That Line. :-) Dials the last # that called you. |
