PLAINTIFF APPLICATION FOR ATTORNEY'S FEES

Plaintiff, Valdy Patriot files this aplication for attorney's fees in accordance with FRCivP54 and Local Rule 4.18. To bring this suit, plaintiff spent many hours +/- 500.

1. Plaintiff is seeking out of pocket expenses measured at $50.00 per hour. This kind of expness are what an attonrey recieves in his hourly rate to pay for secretary, postage, rent, etc.

These are legal expenses attornies incur but are not billed separtely, just by lumping them into the attorney's hourly rate.

2. Plaintiff is not a licensed attorney. Those representing themselves can be reimbursed for their expenses per diem of so many dollars per hour. In this case $50 is reasonable.

3. Total monetary propostions are $50.00 + $50.00=$100.00 x 500 hours = $50,000.00.
