Last Will and Testament

I, XXXXX X. XXXXXX, of 123 Elm Street, Anderson, SC, being of sound mind and
disposing memory, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will
and Testament, hereby revoking all other Wills and Codicils to Wills by me at
any time heretofore made.
FIRST ITEM
I hereby will, give, devise and bequeath all of my estate, real, personal and/or
mixed, wheresoever located or to be found, unto my aunt, YYYYYY Y. YYYYYY of
Banderson, SC.
SECOND ITEM
I hereby nominate and appoint BBBBBBBB B. BBBBBBBB, of Canderson, SC, as
Executor of this my Last Will and Testament and I hereby specifically excuse him
from the necessity of posting bond, giving security, filing an inventory or
making accountings as such Executor.
In the event BBBBBBBB B. BBBBBBBB has predeceased me and/or for any reason
fails, neglects and/or refuses this appointment, then and thereupon, I hereby
nominate and appoint CCCCCCCC C. CCCCCCC as Executor of this my Last Will and
Testament and I likewise specifically excuse him from the necessity of posting
bond, giving security, filing and inventory or making accountings as such
Executor.
In the event CCCCCCCC C. CCCCCCC has predeceased me and/or for any reason fails,
neglects and/or refuses this appointment, then and thereupon, I hereby nominate
and appoint DDDDDD D. DDDDDDDD of Danderson, S.C. as Executor of this my Last
Will and Testament and I likewise specifically excuse him from the necessity of
posting bond, giving security, filing and inventory or making accountings as
such Executor.
THIRD ITEM
Attached to this document is a list of details listing my specific wishes
("Specific instructions") as to the disposition of minor items of my
personal property. They are not legally binding but I urgently request that
these desires be followed carefully.

The following is how I would like my estate split up. I am doing this in letter
form to save you the trouble AND EXPENSE of hiring a lawyer to help you get
through it. Hiring a lawyer is not necessary with REQUESTS APART FROM THE WILL
-- known as "precatory." You are legally free to do whatever you wish
with the estate but I urgently request that you follow the instructions below
with these minor items.
The reason is that I devoted my life to the cause of truth and it's imperative
to me that my work live on as much as possible.
