Re: May 3rd, 2007 Seizure

Dear Agent Andy:

On Thursday May 3rd, you and your crew raided the home of Robert Clarkson located in Anderson SC, and removed many of my personal items including my computer, which included data which contained document files, various CD/DVD disks, software, and many records of mine.

You also seized my tax returns, my POA on MY SON who is joining the Army this summer, and various other things. I need these items back.

NONE of these items have anything to do with Robert’s political actions, Patriot Network, or your investigation.

Please return these to me as these items are not needed by you. If you like, I can go through the materials that you took and pick out what belongs to me.

I hereby request that you return to me everything that you seized or at least the material that has no bearing on your investigation. I hope we can resolve this without court action.
