Request # 07-1824
Dear Sir:
The FOIA and Privacy Staff of the Executive Office for US Attorneys sent me their form letter dated June 11, 2007 stating that they denied my FOIA –PA request for some trivial and phony reasons. Said form listed me as Mr. Lad Patriot. This is incorrect. My name on the request form was Ms. Lady Patriot. Please correct your records.
This request number is for a split request. The companion request # is 07-1824.
An FOIA request does not need proof of identify or certificate of identity under penalty. My Privacy Act requests were notarized with a certificate already. However, I will comply with their request in order to keep you from delaying sending out the documents that the law requires them to send to me.
My Privacy Act request form was all they needed. It was filled out correctly, in good order and used in thousands of cases without a problem. This request form is acceptable to the courts and all administrative agencies. In fact, most of the federal agencies now use a variation of this form and provide it out to many people. My form is the standard of most federal agencies and has all the information you need.
Your response to my legitimate request constitutes harassment, stonewalling, and a cheap attempt to thwart or dissuade me from exercising my statutory right under the Privacy Act. They attempted to frighten me from excising my legal rights or burden me.
You are not entitled to the information you demanded. It is not needed for any useful purpose to you for honoring my request. My request form was clearly adequate. You are not entitled to this information under the law.
However, I will not allow you to delay me from receiving documents which I requested and force me into endless appeals. Therefore I will furnish the requested information to you: My date of birth is ___________; my place of birth is ______________. Attached is said form letter harassing me with request for unneeded information and the Certificate of Identity form (Form DOJ 361), which is completed. The form letter is awful. It orders us to send more information so they can process our request. Then it says this is a final determination and ripe for appeal. The form says to have this request notarized, but the enclosed form does not have a request for a notary.
Further, this is also an FOIA-PA appeal:
The FBI Dismantlement program against the Patriot Network is illegal and unauthorized. Therefore, the law enforcement from the FOIA does not apply and was wrongfully asserted.
Sincerely,
Ms. Lady Patriot
