ORDER

AND NOW, this 4^th day of November, 2011, it appearing that:

a. on June 20,2011, plaintiff filed a “Petition to Quash Summons or in the alternative, Injunction”;

b. plaintiff did not file a request to proceed in forma pauperis or submit the required filing fee ($350) when she filed her petition;

c. this petition only recently came to the attention of this court; and

it is possible that this petition may be moot and plaintiff may no longer wish to pursue it.

It is therefore ORDERED that:

1. Plaintiff shall advise the court in writing on or before December 15, 2011, whether she wishes to pursue this petition.

2. Should she wish to go forward, she must either pay the $350 filing fee or file a motion to proceed in forma pauperis on or before that date or the matter will be dismissed without prejudice.
