IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT
FOR THE WESTERN DISTRICT OF NORTH CAROLINA
CHARLOTTE DIVISION
MARCUS PATRIOT, ) Petitioner, ) ) CIVIL NO. 3:08xx159 vs ) ) UNITED STATES AND BANK OF ) AMERICA, ) Respondents, )
OPPOSITION TO RESPONDENTS RESPONSE TO PETITONER’S OBJECTION TO THE MAGISTRATE'S REPORT
The attorney for the Respondent’s is nit picking my (“Objection”). He is making a mountain out of a molehill by bringing up his ridiculous procedural arguments that are virtually impossible to comprehend.
Since he sees fit to bring up the subject of procedural arguments however, allow me to point out a few he that made in his (“Notice”).
First of all, his paperwork should not be titled as a (“Notice”) when it is in fact a “RESPONSE”.
He then contradicts himself by stating in paragraph one that he “does not wish to reply to Petitioner’s Objection”, but proceeds to do so later in his Response.
He complains about the work the Clerk’s Office did which is something that is completely out of my control.
And to insult to injury, he failed to check (X) the blank line that appears at the beginning of his CERTIFICATE OF SERVICE.
