Judicial Tyranny In
  PN's Home Town

              Brave Patriots Jailed

A power-mad federal judge, forgetful of legal basics, found two innocent patriots in contempt of court in federal court in Anderson, S.C. today.
Erskine Cummings, longtime assistant to Dr. Clarkson, and longtime patriot activist Bruce Hagen were jailed by pro-"new world order" judge Ross Anderson. Years ago Judge Anderson threatened a local radio station into dropping Clarkson's radio show on income tax issues. Clarkson then reported him to the Supreme Court, which duly disciplined  him. The Anderson, aged about 75, has a reputation as a tyrant stretching back many, many years.
As a trial was in preparation today for a local freedom fighter regarding multi-million-dollar bills of exchange (a creative and legal means of combating "banksters") supporters of the accused had prayer together in the courthouse hallway, led by Nelson Waller. To their shock, a U.S. Marshal came up to them when they were finished and warned them that the Studge interpreted this as an attempt to intimidate the jury pool, which was off in another room whose doors were guarded by federal cops.
Freedom fighter Cummings was in front of the courthouse, handing out Fully-Informed Jury Amendment (FIJA) flyers.  Marshals lured him into the courthouse and arrested him for legal distribution of nullification flyers to potential jurors. (Jury nullification is an option legally open to all jurors to judge law as well as facts in the case before them.)
Later, Anderson interrogated the spectators and brave Bruce identified himself (as he normally does) by only his first name -- whereupon Anderson had him arrested for contempt of court.
Clarkson stopped by the jailhouse to see the victims of this outrage, and left some toothpaste money for them. Clarkson and associate Roger Davenport also filed a Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus for Hagen and Cummings.
Both are expected to be released soon and to later collect damages for their wrongful incarceration.

Update: Hagen has been released and Cummings remains in jail. He was transported to North Carolina where they are keeping him incognito.

E-Patriot Cannon Interviews
Jimmy Ramage
by Nelson Waller

Jimmy Ramage, President of Atlanta Patriots

What's the essence of your mission, Jimmy?

I'm a wood butcher [carpenter] and I try to explain to people how they could be a lot freer than they are.

Where are you from?

I'm from Atlanta -- born in Emory University Hospital. Been in this area since.

What influenced you to become a patriot?

The thing that bothered me was unbelievable taxes. If you make a certain amount of money they're going to take 90% of it. That's BS. I tell people that's nonsense. Why should you have a tax system that doesn't tax everybody the same?

I got mad over a tax return when I worked for a radio station. I was a resident of GA but worked in a radio station in SC as a college student. I asked where to file state tax return. Ended up telling them "go take a hike;" as a result they just didn't bother with me.

Later, as I started making a little bit of money, I started working for a life insurance agency, I found that was not the way I wanted to make a living. I got into the real estate and at that time Larry McDonald decided he was going to run for Congress. About the summer of 1972 I decided to accept his offer to work full time in his campaign.

In 1969 when I was a senior at Oglethorpe University I became a member of the John Birch Society. My father said "I've got and invitation to an all-day seminar -- would you like to attend?" Turned out to be a presentation by Stuart Crane. He was one hell of an individual. He was a grand teacher. He came from University of Michigan in Ann Arbor to teach at Bob Jones University.

The conference was in November 1969. I learned things they weren't teaching at Oglethorpe University. I then took an international relations course with a Dr. James, who told us about Walt Rostow [former national security advisor to Lyndon Johnson] who had stated that force was no longer a means to an end for America. I asked him what about Hungarian, Czech revolutions, Vietnam? He had nothing to say but did not give me a diminished grade as a result of my challenge.

We elected Larry McDonald that was a thrill. We first got beaten by 2,000 votes and everybody cried. Two years later we tried again and won and showed people how to run a congressional grassroots level campaign and defeat a six- to eight-term incumbent.

After that I got involved in other things such as a company that sold silver bullion. In general I've just been somebody who didn't  "cooperate" very well.

I had an IRS agent call me since I hadn't filed since 1974. He was basically chasing anybody who had been involved in the McDonald campaign. He said, "We can't find your return." I said, "Well, don't blame me for your ineptitude." He said, "You'll need to meet with us to make up a return." I said "Fine make it the Jezebel Lounge in Buckhead, between 7PM and 6 AM." That was the last I heard from him.

The last I heard from the IRS was for my 1999 through 2001 returns. I haven't responded and I'm not afraid of them.

What are you doing currently?

I've been preaching to people "you're free"! There are people out to destroy your freedom." I keep explaining to people "you are not required to file if you're not engaged in revenue-taxable purposes." People give you IRS regulations -- I say show me the law!
Regulations are not law. I've had no problems with anybody. I just give them [government agents] my SSN and say look, this is not my number, it's a government-issued thing.

What do you like about the Patriot Network?

The PN teaches people what their rights are and how to deal with government oppression. It does a good job of that because it has information that when people say --"well you must do so and so they say: "oh really, show me!" Then they read the facts and turn around and say "show me where it is."

This is what's beautiful: everyone is presumed to know the law. Unless you become a belligerent claimant you are considered to have acquiesced. I use it every day. The simple thing about it is otherwise you're going to get clobbered and there's no need to.
Somebody trying to take your rights away from you is nothing less than war.

Where did you meet Dr. Clarkson?

I met him at a Y2K thing at the Galleria. I went to a Libertarian convention and met Peymon and he says "you definitely need to get in touch with Clarkson and get to know him. We've both been around but he's had a lot harder knocks than I have."

What do you like about the PN's approach?

Everybody but the PN is trying to sell some kind of mythology about how to fight the fedgov. A federal judge is nothing but a federal prosecutor dressed in a black robe. They are prejudiced; first of all you have to be a scumbag lawyer to be what they are. The Bar Association is a union no different from any other except others are probably more honest than the Bar.

What patriotic leaders do you admire?

They're dead -- Robert Welch, Curtis Dall, Douglas MacArthur. He gave up a real nice job but he was a patriot -- got fired by a piece of #$%& named Harry Truman.

Dall was FDR's son-in-law -- one of the founders of Liberty Lobby. I met him one time-- drove him to Huntsville airport and he explains to me "look, You have treasonous bastards running this whole system."

Welch was brilliant -- a prolific writer of very succinct information. He read Redpath's History of the World by the time he was 12 years old. By founding the Birch Society, he essentially found a way to "herd cats" -- to organize conservatives, and form an organization that individualists would subscribe to. It has made a difference.

What is the best way to put the cause forward?

One-on-one is primarily the only way it works. Most people are going to look at you like you're nuts if you continue to ply people with questions that they can't answer. But you can give them answers to these questions, that's about the only way I know to make it grow.

The problem we have is that we are dealing with a monster that has control of the entire elementary and secondary education system as far as all public schools are concerned. The thing about working in public education is that it's a cush job. One thing fits all - they teach big government. The students come out being taught that one thing: big government.

Ten Truths of Tyranny
by Matt Giwer

1.) Any law the electorate sees as being open to being perverted from its original intent will be perverted in a manner that exceeds the manner of perversion seen at the time.

2.) Any law that is so difficult to pass it requires the citizens be assured it will not be a stepping stone to worse laws, will in fact  be a stepping stone to worse laws.

3.) Any law that requires the citizens be assured the law does not mean what the citizens fear, means exactly what the citizens fear.

4.) Any law passed in a good cause will be interpreted to apply to causes against the wishes of the people.

5.) Any law enacted to help any one group will be applied to harm people not in that group.

6.) Everything the government says will never happen, will happen.

7.) What the government says it could not foresee, the government has planned for.

8.) When there is a budget shortfall to cover non-essential government services, the citizens will be given the choice between  higher taxes or the loss of essential government services.

9.) Should the citizens mount a successful effort to stop a piece of legislation, the same legislation will be passed under a different  name.

10.) All deprivations of freedom and choice will be increased rather than reversed.
         ====================

"Find out just what people will submit to, and you have found the exact amount of injustice and wrongdoing which will be imposed on them; and these will continue until they are resisted with either words or blows, or with both.
The limits of tyrants are prescribed by the endurance of those whom they  oppress." - Frederick Douglas, 1857

NEWS FLASH: Heaviest Chemical Element Yet Known To Science

University of California at San Diego has recently announced the discovery of the heaviest chemical element yet known to science.
The new element has been tentatively named "Governmentium." Governmentium has 1 neutron, 12 assistant neutrons, 75 deputy neutrons, and 11 assistant deputy neutrons, giving it an atomic mass of 312. These 312 particles are held together by forces called morons. These, in turn, are surrounded by vast quantities of lepton-like particles called peons.
Since Governmentium has no electrons, it is inert. However, it can be detected as it impedes every reaction with which it comes into contact. A minute amount of Governmentium causes one reaction to take over 4 days to complete when it would normally take less than a second. Governmentium has a normal life of 4 years; it does not decay, but instead undergoes a reorganization in which a portion of the  assistant neutrons and deputy neutrons exchange places. In fact, Governmentium mass will actually increase over time, since each  reorganization will cause some morons to become neutrons, forming isodopes.
This characteristic of moron-promotion leads some scientists to speculate that Governmentium is formed whenever morons reach a certain quantity in concentration. This hypothetical quantity is referred to as "Critical Morass."
According to the estimates of scientists at the University, California has more Governmentium than any other state. When asked to describe the element in lay terms the scientists said, "You will know it when you see it."

Dr. Clarkson Re-forming
Nationwide Patriots

In the last two years, Dr. Robert Clarkson has been reorganizing the Patriot Network in the Southeast and forming clubs in which he can drive to easily. Now, Dr. Clarkson is organizing clubs outside the southeast.

This new division of the Patriot Network is the Nationwide Patriots. Each one of these clubs will be independent and not controlled by Dr. Clarkson.

The first club in this division is the Minnesota Patriots, organized by David Martin. Mr. Martin can be reach at: 320-289-2687,
e-mail:gearjammers69@yahoo.com

David has two meetings scheduled in January in east central Minnesota. Congratulations, Brother Martin.

Other members of the Patriot Network are encouraged to organize their own affiliate clubs in their area. To do so you must be a member of the Patriot Network and follow Dr. Clarkson's instructions. Details and instructions on forming your own Patriot club can be found at the Patriot Network web site at www.PatriotNetwork.info/

How to Form a Club

The Patriot Network Has Four Divisions

1. Individual members, membership card # 1-0000. This is a member of the Patriot Network who is not a member of a local affiliate.
2. Members of clubs that are controlled by Dr. Clarkson, which is 3 hours or less driving distance from Anderson, SC.
3. Southeastern clubs originally formed and controlled by Dr. Clarkson but may be independent clubs by now - because of driving distance.
4. Nationwide patriot clubs - These are independent national clubs, affiliated with the Patriot Network, but formed and managed by the local club leaders.

All members of the Patriot Network receive the same benefits, but may differ in administration.

Big Brother Gaining Ground - Rapidly

RW Moore, President of The Toccoa Patriots
gives his opinion on important article below.

RW Moore: I am 73 years old and I remember some of the things that happened in Germany in World War II, looks like this is even worse.

I for one will never allow them to plant a chip under my skin, however, if the government was to announce "tomorrow every one must get the chip" they would be lined up and fighting to get in line. What sheep!

Most countries of the world lasted about 200 years. Here we are 227 years, or 27 years past due. History proves that most of these countries fell from within not by exterior force.

This article below saddens me because we had a great country, but we are losing our liberties and freedoms every day and as the below statement says no one cares. It is more important to have a six pack of beer, watch the tube on the weekends, go fishing, hunting, and let's not for get to add the races.

Soon, all these "fun" things will come to pass. Some government stooge will tell you what to do, how to do it and how much and when.

In this country, if any person can get 22% of the registered votes they can win any election.

As I said at the top of these remarks, I am 73 years old and I won't see this happen, but it is going to happen. For God And Country, RW Moore, publisher, www.thetruthnewspaper Reference is made to the press release below:

Headline: Press Release
Big Brother Gaining Ground
WorldNetDaily.com

Soon, there will be no cash in this country, and government will be able to track the movement of every person. The plan will be sold to a gullible public by claiming, among other things, the following:

Convenience: People will be able to pay for purchases without having to write a check, use a credit card, or deal with paying the monthly bills when they arrive, and won't have to show identification when entering government buildings, etc. Shoppers can pay for their store purchases by simply walking past a scanner and go right to their car without standing in line at a cash register, etc.
Security: Convicted muggers, child molesters, and other criminals can be tracked and spotted wherever they go, and will be less likely to commit crimes knowing how easily they can be caught. Parents will be encouraged to have their children "outfitted" so they can easily be found in the event they become lost or are kidnapped. Of course foreigners who don't have these implants will walk right past scanners without peril. If there are, in fact, foreign "terrorists" in this country, they will not be required to have these Orwellian devices. One of each group will get one so that purchases can be made to sustain the group, but many will escape detection. Proponents will argue that this "tracking" will only occur when purchases are made, but once the chips are  implanted into a significant number of people, scanners will be secretly installed in many places to permit government surveillance everywhere.
Parents of newborns will be intimidated into having these rice-sized implants embedded beneath the skin of their babies before they leave the hospital. Children will thus be born into slavery without having any say in the matter. While these chips are being quietly implanted into America's inhabitants, there will be only faint cries of objection from a few. The vast majority will continue watching Judge @s%&#, Oprah, Springer, Jenny Jones, Rikki Lake, Divorce Court, People's Court, Queer Eye, Mr. Average Guy, Fear Factor, Conan, Street Smarts, and the like.
"Hey, the beer's cold, the pizza's hot, and the TV's on (is it ever off?), don't bother me with any of that trivial $hit." Nothing else matters to the masses. Read. Enjoy your last days of relative freedom. It's slipping through your fingers and you don't notice and, worse, you don't care.

Bio-chip implant arrives for cashless transactions.

Announcement at global security confab unveils syringe-injectable ID microchip.
By Sherrie Gossett  WorldNetDaily.com

At a global security conference held today in Paris, an American company announced a new syringe-injectable microchip implant for humans, designed to be used as a fraud-proof payment method for cash and credit-card transactions. The chip implant is being presented as an advance over credit cards and smart cards, which, absent biometrics and appropriate safeguard technologies, are subject to theft, resulting in identity fraud.
Identity fraud costs the banking and financial industry some $48 billion a year, and consumers $5 billion, according to 2002 Federal Trade Commission estimates.
In his speech today at the ID World 2003  conference in Paris, France, Scott R. Silverman, CEO of Applied Digital Solutions, called the chip a "loss-proof solution" and said that the chip's "unique under-the-skin format" could be used for a variety of identification  applications in the security and financial worlds.
The company will have to compete, though, with organizations using just a fingerprint scan for similar applications.
The ID World Conference, held yesterday and today at the Charles de Gaulle Hilton, focused on current and future applications of radio frequency identification (RFID) technologies, biometrics, smart cards and data collection. The company's various "VeriChips" are RFID chips, which contain a unique identification number and can carry other personal data about the implantee.
When radio-frequency energy passes from a scanner, it energizes the chip, which is passive (not independently powered), and which then emits a radio-frequency signal transmitting the chip's information to the reader, which in turn links with a database.
ADS has previously touted its radio frequency identification (RFID) chips for secure building access, computer access, storage of medical records, anti-kidnapping initiatives and a variety of law-enforcement applications.
The company has also developed proprietary hand-held readers and portal readers that can scan data when an implantee enters a building or room.
The "cashless society" application is not new, it has been discussed previously by Applied Digital. Today's speech, however, represented the first formal public announcement by the company of such a program.
In announcing VeriPay to ID World delegates, Silverman stated the implant has "enormous marketplace potential" and invited banking and credit companies to partner with VeriChip  Corporation (a subsidiary of ADS) in developing specific commercial applications beginning with pilot programs and market tests.
Applied Digital's announcement in Paris suggested wireless technologies, RFID development, new software solutions, smart-card applications and subdermal implants might one day merge as the ultimate solution for a world fraught with identity theft, threatened by terrorism, buffeted by cash-strapped  governments and law-enforcement agencies looking for easy data-collection, and  corporations interested in the marketing bonanza that cutting-edge identification, payment, and location-based technologies can afford.
Cashless payment systems are now part of a larger technology development subset: government identification experiments that seek to combine cashless payment applications with national ID information on  media (such as a "smart" card), which contain a whole host of government, personal, employment and commercial data and applications on a single, contactless RFID chip.
In some scenarios, government-corporate coalitions are advocating such a chip be used by employees also to access entry to their workplace and the company computer network, reducing the cost outlay of the corporations for individual ID cards. Malaysia's "MyKad" national ID "smart" card is the foremost example.
Meanwhile, privacy advocates have expressed concern over RFID technology rollouts, citing database concerns and the specter of individuals' RFID chips being read without  permission by people who have their own hand-held readers. Several privacy and civil liberties groups have recently called for a voluntary moratorium on RFID tagging "until a formal technology assessment process involving all stakeholders, including consumers, can take place." Signatories to the petition include the American Civil Liberties Union, the Electronic Frontier Foundation, the Electronic Privacy Information Center, Privacy International and the Foundation for Information Policy Research, a British think tank.
Commenting on today's announcement, Richard Smith, a computer industry consultant, referred to what some "netizens" are already calling "chipectomies": "VeriChips can still be stolen. It's just a bit gruesome when to think how the crooks will do these kinds of robberies."
Citing MasterCard's PayPass, Smith pointed out that most of the major credit-card companies are looking at RFID chips to make credit cards quicker, easier, and safer to use.  "The big problem is money," said Smith. "It will take billions of dollars to upgrade the credit-card networks from magstripe readers to  RFID readers. During the transition, a credit card is going to need both a magstripe and an RFID chip so that it is universally accepted."

Some industry professionals advocate having citizens pay for combined national ID/cashless pay chips, which would be embedded in a chosen medium.
Identification technologies using RFID can take a wide variety of physical forms and show no sign yet of coalescing into a single worldwide standard.
Prior to today's announcement, Art Kranzley, senior vice president at MasterCard, commented on the Pay Pass system in a USA Today interview:  "We're certainly looking at designs like key fobs.  It could be in a pen or a pair of earrings. Ultimately, it could be embedded in anything. Someday, maybe even under the skin."
